BEST Caramel® Amber
– Produces an even more intense sweet, nutty caramel flavor in the beer and makes it darker, according to the color of the wort when compared to BEST Caramel® Hell and BEST Caramel® Aromatic
– It is suited to all strong-flavored, full-bodied and highly aromatic beers, where a malty flavor is required.
Usage:
For Märzen, wheat beers, Bock, Amber Ale, Amber Lager, amber-colored and dark beer styles.
Rate:
Up to 50% of the grain bill.
