Bitter Orange Peel – Pieces 2 oz (U.S.)
Product details:
– Large slices (1/4 = quarters) of peel cut while still green.
– Use bitter orange peel for a pleasant citrus character.
– Used in Belgian Witbier and in the Nordic mulled wine Glögg.
– Start small and adjust your recipe to taste.

Use:
– Add 1 – 2 oz (28 – 56 g) of dried orange peel 5 to 15 min. before the end of the boil.
– Or steep in hot water for 10 min. and add to secondary.
