Gladfield Malt – Rye Malt
– Gives plain, moderately nutty and slightly bready.
– Adds clean dry mouthfeel, and traditional light rye
Gives color, spicy flavors and a clean, dry mouth feel.
Recommend starting with 10%, can then be increased up to 50% for more rye flavor.
