– A.K.A Pasteur Blanc. It is an all purpose and vigorous, moderately foaming and sulfite tolerant strain.
– Has a neutral flavor profile that is recommended for Dry Whites, Cabernet, Cider, Fruits, Meads, Port, and sodas.
– This strain is not used in producing sparkling wines.
Temp. range: 15 – 30°C / 59 – 86°F
Alc. tolerance: 13 – 15%, but can exceed 16% with a healthy ferment.
