Roasted Barley Malt : 1200 – 1400 EBC./ 450 – 529 °L
Usage: Indispensable for typical dark and bitter Stouts (Irish and Scottish) and to intensify the color and flavor of Schwarzbier, dark beers, dark Bocks, Brown Ales, Porter and many others.
Rate : Up to 5% of the grain bill.
